
With greasy fast food chains slowly dominating the American eating lifestyle, we're now all used to having our lunch delivered right at our very doorstep. Back then, even if it doesn't come close to a
tasty gourmet meal, we still want it on silver platters and stuff, you know. But now, most of us wouldn't care less if our lunches are in those stiff boxes, or in anything that could be called a clean food container. As long as it's delivered right on time, that's what most of us would say. But in Mumbai, this system of delivering food to workstations, factories, and the like has been about a 120-year practice.
