I think up until now, these tiffin-wallas, or dabbawallas, carry the lunches of their Indian countrymen working in these Indian factories and offices. They use a container to transport the food, which is called tiffins. Now that's my idea of a good tasty lunch! One that's prepared by your relatives or your own countrymen. In
beautiful Mumbai, those delivered lunches are often made and actually prepared and served by the mothers, servants, or wives of the Indians working in the factories and other business establishments. Here in America, we have literally strangers preparing our food, but I think that's good enough. Well, that's 'cause we also have strict provisions on safe and clean food preparations and transportations as much as they have there back in India.
